January February March April 10th April: Attracting Bird to the GardenThis talk takes place at Swaffham Assembly rooms from 7.30pm May June Beachamwell Village Open Gardens DaySunday 1st June 12 noon - 5 pm.To be held to raise funds for St Mary's Church - an ancient round-towered thatched church on the Village Green in Beachamwell. Large variety of village gardens open. Hilgay Silver Band on The Green, Molly Dancers at The Old Rectory. Ploughmans' lunches, afternoon teas, garden stalls, raffle and tombola. Adults £3.00 - Couples £5.00 - Children Free. All profits to St Mary's Church. To be opened at 12 noon on the Village Green by Vanessa Scott of Strattons Hotel.
